Movie Excitement
Rochester is abuzz with excitement about Spiderman 2 filming going on downtown. With all the NYC cabs and police cars, wonder if we’ll recognize our own Main Street during some of the chase scenes when this blockbuster hits movie theaters?
As the birthplace of film, this city has often been a backdrop for movies. Rochester offers beautiful scenery, talented professional–and reasonable prices. Another full-length feature film shot here recently was shown on the big screens across the US as a fundraiser for foster homes. King’s Faith even has a connection to AV Solutions and one of our team members Bob Kimmel. During the film’s pre-release about six months ago, Bob helped the team secure projection equipment so the movie could be shown at Hope Lutheran Church.
